The Minimum Viable Data Principle
We collect only what is essential for technical communication and the execution of intelligent logic. When Automating routine tasks through n8n, we ensure that your identity and your clients' sensitive information are never stored on our local infrastructure unless explicitly required by the workflow design you approve.
Our primary points of data entry include contact forms, where you provide names, email addresses, and phone numbers. This information is used strictly to facilitate the engagement and refinement of your Integration of n8n and ChatGPT. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to third parties.

When Configuring OpenAI in n8n for business tasks, data is transmitted via encrypted API calls. We utilize Tier-1 security settings to ensure that the data processed through your Smart n8n scenarios with OpenAI is not used for training future foundational models by OpenAI, unless specifically requested.
Infrastructure Control
We prioritize self-hosted n8n instances for our clients, ensuring that Automating CRM processes with GPT happens within your own sovereign cloud environment or on local Dutch servers. This eliminates the "middle-man" and keeps the logic pipeline under your direct oversight.

By Linking n8n and artificial intelligence to third-party tools (Slack, HubSpot, Pipedrive), we strictly adhere to the OAuth scopes required. Our builds are designed to read only the specific fields necessary for the automation to fire, reducing the surface area for data exposure.

Right to Access and Portability
You have the right to request a complete machine-readable snapshot of any personal data we hold. This often pertains to communication logs or project requirements shared during the conceptualization of your N8N + OpenAI for automation. We respond to all access requests within 30 days.
Right to Erasure (The Right to be Forgotten)
Technological progress should not come at the cost of being trapped by your history. If you decide to terminate your engagement, we offer comprehensive data purging across our internal systems and communication platforms. We cannot unilaterally delete data living within your own Automating AI-based business processes if those are housed on your independent servers.
Rectification and Objection
Accuracy is the hallmark of effective automation. If you believe the data used to inform your n8n pipelines or contact records is incorrect, you have the immediate right to demand correction. You may also object to processing if you feel it violates the spirit of our agreement.
